Change in sleep in rates
Carers who complete sleep in shifts will soon see an increase to their hourly rate, our already very competitive rate of £7.50 rising to £7.83 ensuring we are ahead of increases to the living wage. We believe in people power, we believe that learning forms an integral part of our business and we invest in a range of training opportunities for our staff and candidates. We know this builds confidence enabling them to become more effective and so we embrace people that are open to change. We recognise that although e learning is an effective way of training and convenient for our candidates we also need to put practical training in place so that candidtes can work to the best of their ability. There are some exiting new developments happening to practical training in our healthcare division. We are currently writing modules in 'epilepsy' and 'medication' to bolster our suite of training and once this is complete, we will be asking all healthcare candidates to complete these modules at a convenient time.
Refer a Friend
We still have the £100 referral vouchers available for anyone that recommends a friend to us, so plase make sure your friend mentions your name when calling us and you can refer as many friends as you like! * Both you and your friend have to complete 20 shifts each to qualify.
To ensure that payroll runs smoothly on a Monday we require your timesheets to be in by no later than 10am on a Monday and these can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Pension Changes in April
You will be aware that all 24-7 Staffing healthcare workers are contracted on PAYE. One of the many benefits of being paid this way is that we pay Workplace pension contributions for you. In April our contribution to your pension doubles from 1% to 2%, further supporting your retirement fund!
