The Recruitment Process

How it works 

Finding high calibre candidates in the current employment market is challenging and time-consuming.   

We offer a range of temporary, permanent, contract or ‘try before you buy’ recruitment solutions, giving you complete flexibility.  

The entire recruitment process is carried out by a dedicated recruitment professional and you are only charged once the candidate has been successfully placed with you.  

1. Understanding your business 

In order to recruit the best possible candidate for your business, we need a solid understanding of your organisation and the role you are recruiting for. Our consultants will meet with you to take a detailed brief, getting to know the key priorities of the role and how this fits into the wider organisation.   

2. Advertising your role   
You will be assigned a dedicated account manager with expertise in recruiting for your role. They will use a range of recruitment techniques to ensure your vacancy is widely advertised on a range of platforms and targeted to your brief – completely FREE of charge. 

3. Shortlisting suitable candidates 
Your account manager will carefully search through applicants, meeting face-to-face with a shortlist of suitable candidates to ensure their skills, qualifications and attitude closely match your brief. Copies of all relevant compliance documentation and references are obtained, and the role is clearly explained to the candidate. We also have a range of training and testing tools which can be applied for appropriate roles during this process. 

4. Interview and selection process 
Only the most suitable candidates are put forward to you for interviews, with a summary of their key information to help simplify the process.  We organise the interviews with your shortlisted candidates, providing additional feedback from both parties to assist the matching process and can provide a private space for interviews at our offices as well as accompany you throughout the interviews if required. 

5. Feedback and job offer 
There is often a lot to consider at this stage of the process, so we gather feedback from both parties on the role, salary and interview process, helping to iron out any areas of concern or negotiate the job offer where necessary. 

We provide honest feedback for unsuccessful candidates to assist them in future job roles.
