Chilled Warehouse Operative

We're looking for a Chilled Warehouse Operative to work for our client.

If you can demonstrate attention to detail, good time management, reliability and willingness to learn new skills and ways of getting the job done effectively and efficiently, then you could be exactly what they're looking for.

Please note:  Whilst initially this is a temporary role there is the potential for the role to become permanent in the future. This is a Monday - Friday position, however weekend shifts are available if desired. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at during the tour of the site.

The Role:
As the Chilled Warehouse Operative you will be primarily responsible for assisting in customer orders being picked and loaded before a set departure time, whilst following all safety procedures.

In the job you'll be tasked with ensuring all work is done to correct quality standards, completed on time and without error, and with the minimum of supervision and monitoring.

Finally, you'll also be tasked with working efficiently, safely and speedily in all production areas, to ensure production requirements are met and to meet customer needs quickly and accurately.

The standard working hours for this position are 0600 - 1800.

The Candidate:
To be considered for the Chilled Warehouse Operative role you'll need to be able to demonstrate attention to detail, good time management, reliability and willingness to learn new skills and ways of getting the job done effectively and efficiently.

You'll also need to be able to work under strict deadlines and be reliable and punctual.

The Package:
Basic salary:  £9.50 - £10.50 per hour
Overtime:  You'll also have the opportunity to earn overtime in this role
