C+E Driver

We're looking for a C+E Driver to work for our client based in Chippenham.

They are the world leader in plastic pipe systems for residential, non-residential, and civil engineering projects. Systems offered include market-leading OSMA above and below-ground drainage and H2O hot and cold plumbing and underfloor heating and a wide range of drainage and stormwater management solutions for all application areas.

Please note:  Whilst initially this is a full-time temporary ongoing role there is the potential for the role to become permanent in the future.

This position does involve early starts and occasional nights out as required.

Responsibilities:

- The safe operation of a C+E vehicle while carrying out deliveries throughout the UK

- Ensuring the safe transport of your deliveries

- Ensuring you are complying with health and safety regulations while carrying out your daily duties

Requirements:

- Experience in driving a C+E vehicle

- Additional experience of current EU driver’s hours and regulations

- Further experience of working time directive

- A valid driver CPC card

- A valid tacho card

- A C+E driving license

- The correct PPE

- Able to work in a safe manner

- Able to comply with local legislative requirements & customer policies and procedures

- Able to carry out other duties as required

- Flexible with your working hours as required

- Able to follow work instructions

- You will need to be physically fit

- A full driving license is needed for this role

The Package:

- Basic salary:  £15 - £21 per hour

- Overtime:  You'll also have the opportunity to earn overtime in this role

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, with an approximate start time of between 5am and 8am, with the occasional night out as required.
