Warehouse and Production operative

The Role:

In the Warehouse And Production Operative role you'll report to the Production Supervisor and will be primarily responsible for being part of carrying out all warehouse and production tasks as required, working on a job rotation basis, maintaining the highest possible productivity levels.

Specific tasks include:

- Working efficiently, safely and speedily in all production areas, to ensure production requirements are met and to meet customer needs quickly and accurately

- Ensuring all work is done to correct quality standards, completed on time and without error, and with the minimum of supervision and monitoring

- Working flexibly and to the highest standards of performance in all areas, as required by the needs of customers and production management

- Learning new work and train to ensure quality and health and safety standards are met

- Maintaining accurate records for Stock Control and production monitoring purposes

- Identifying new methods of working and improve working practices in collaboration with other Team Members and production management

The standard working hours for this job are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm.

The Package:

The basic salary for the Warehouse And Production Operative role is up to £9.97 per hour.

You'll also receive other benefits which include the following: 

- 12.30pm finish every Friday

- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
