Job Description
Our client is looking for a well-experienced Accounts Manager to join their small and busy family run business. The successful candidate will be AAT Qualified and be proficient with all financial duties.
Your duties will include though not limited to:
- Daily Bank Reconciliations plus cash reconciliations
- Experience of Invoice Financing/Discounting
- Processing of Purchase Ledger Invoices and arranging payments
- Assisting Payroll Bureau with Monthly Payroll and arranging payments
- Process Monthly Pension Contributions
- Knowledge of Sage 50c Accounts
- Processing Monthly Accounts to trial balance
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns
- Good telephone manner
- Providing support to other members of Finance
AAT Qualification required (3 years minimum)
