Job Description

Our Chippenham based client is looking for an Administrator to work alongside existing staff in the Sales department. You will be part of a small dynamic family run business, supporting a growing worldwide client base.

Role information:

  • Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm
  • Start date: ASAP
  • £18,000 pa

 

Skills:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, maintain confidentiality, accuracy and work to tight deadlines
  • Great communication / interpersonal skills
  • Confident in building relationships and managing people
  • Good IT skills are essential with experience of Word and Excel

 

Main duties are:

  • Responding to customers on the telephone, by post and email
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, from quotes, repairs, purchases and sales orders
  • Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers daily
  • Working with order processing: part numbers and serial numbers
  • Any other tasks as may be required from time to time
