About the role:

24-7 Staffing are looking for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join an expanding European Organisation. In this fast-moving position, you will be responsible for revenue from the sales of Contracts, Hire and Training to new and existing customers.

What you will be doing:

As the Aftermarket Sales Manager you will be developing a strategy of how to best support the sales of the Aftermarket products
You will be visiting customer sites to review performance of existing contracts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cross-selling and working with the wider sales team to maximise market share
As the Aftermarket Sales Manager you will  be creating a deliverable Sales Plan and identifying sites for new business opportunities
You will be maximising the retention of existing service contact revenue
As the Aftermarket Sales Manager you will   be developing and enhancing the Aftermarket products in line with the business strategy and market requirements
You will be preparing and following up on customer proposals to generate new business
As the Aftermarket Sales Manager you will  be endorsing the service offering and working closely with the other internal functions to ensure Aftermarket (contracts, hire & training) revenue is maximised
You will be updating the CRM system to ensure data is accurate, relevant and up to date.
As the Aftermarket Sales Manager you will  be providing feedback on competitor activity and market developments to the wider sales teams.

What you will need:

You will have experience of sales and working within a commercial environment
You will have an understanding and experience in the Food Industry
You will have a proven track-record in partnering with customers in a technical sales role
You will be able to demonstrate aa track record of exceeding sales targets
You will be self-organised with an ability to manage a busy schedule and workload
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills
An exceptional understanding of IT systems such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
