Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for applicants who are experienced in administration and are looking for a busy office role as an Appointment Booker. You will be responsible for managing the booking of surveys to ensure the maximum efficiency of the Surveyors time and to meet client deadlines.

This is a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract role

Your duties will include though not limited to:

  • Plan and organise the booking of surveys to ensure the maximum efficiency of the surveyor’s time
  • Booking of surveys via a web-based management system direct with access over the phone
  • Working to clients and internal SLAs
  • Working to capacity targets, looking to bring forward work for surveyors
  • Working towards and understanding the daily and monthly jobs and points target
  • Updating all client and internal systems with appointments and other appropriate information, in a timely manner and ensuring all surveys have a unique reference number
  • Monitoring surveyor’s daily workload
  • Liaise with customers and clients.
  • Work towards company goals.
  • Following processes and procedures.
  • Carry out Optimisation at the end of the day - on a rota basis

  • Previous experience of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience of working in a booking capacity or housing sector would be desirable but not essential

 

There will be some Saturday work - on a rota basis

Hours of work: 10am – 630pm
