Job Description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, polite and friendly individual with fantastic organisational skills to take on a Bookings Administrator role in Chippenham. Responsible for managing the booking of appointment to ensure the maximum efficiency of external colleague’s time and to meet client deadlines.

For the right candidates, there are plenty of opportunities to progress within the company in the future.

Role information:

  • Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm; on a rota basis with the successful candidates occasionally expected to work later into the evening and one Saturday a month
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Starting Salary: £18,000

Main duties the successful candidate will manage and perform are:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers and clients
  • Answering customer and client enquiries
  • Working to agreed service levels
  • Planning and organising appointments and keeping the visits as efficient as possible.
  • Maintaining accurate records on databases and systems
  • Working towards agreed daily and monthly targets
  • Working towards company goals
  • General administration duties

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Administration experience is required
  • Previous experience of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Computer literate
