Job Description

We are an independent established recruitment business with steady and consistent growth across our three branches over the last 12 years.  We currently cover the Healthcare, Driving, Industrial and Commercial sectors and are keen to explore growing recruitment sectors in Bristol to add to our portfolio.

Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead a team in our newly relocated Bristol Branch.  You will be working with existing clients across some sectors of the business as well as developing new sectors for the branch.

You will have overall responsibility across all sectors and activities within the Bristol branch. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping us build life-long relationships with carefully selected clients and candidates to achieve shared goals.

You will be focused on ensuring targets are achieved by effectively managing your team and adding value to their day to day duties. By providing on-going support, professional development and training for staff, you will be able to increase revenue while upholding the company’s values and compliance standards.

You will ideally be an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager with experience of working within our sectors, as well as a proven track record of generating new and existing business – however this opportunity is also open to a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in their career.

* Are you an effective leader, capable of supporting, motivating and developing Consultants to achieve their potential?

* Can you uphold management decisions and ensure they are successfully implemented through your team?

* This is a hands-on billing managerial role where you will be required to manage a desk and your team.  We want you to lead from the front!
