You must be articulate, able to interpret and compose emails to customers, handle queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Hours: Flexible - Weekends, Evenings and Days To be successful in this role you will need: To be patient, empathetic and understanding. To be able to deal with stressful situations. To have a good telephone manner. To be experienced within customer service. You will receive excellent training, and although experience in customer service is admired, it is more important to be able to deal with customers and queries in a professional and friendly manor. You will be working in a vibrant and friendly office and for a company with a culture of creating a fun and friendly work environment.
