We are looking for individuals with varied availability to cover a variety of shifts, including earlies, mid shifts, lates and night cover. To care and support adults with learning disabilities, working as part of a team to improve individual’s quality of life and to achieve self-goals.

The home is set in beautiful grounds and accommodates residents with varying abilities – Their mission is to make sure the home has a lively atmosphere and a wide range of activities accessible to all.
Job role includes:
Follow Individual Care plans
Record and document keeping
Promoting privacy and dignity
To recognise diversity, values and human rights.
To be successful within this role you would have previously worked with people, either in customer service, health care assistant or support worker and have a desire to help others.
