We are looking for new enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our expanding team of Support Workers to empower the children and young people we support to develop and grow in their own unique and inspiring way.
We support children and young people aged 5-19 years of age with a range of needs resulting in severe and complex learning difficulties, including autism.
Many have associated complex health needs, including severe epilepsy, which you will be responsible for managing. Our aim is to empower individuals to grow, to maximise their full potential, promote good health and well being and to help them achieve their goals.
A Support Worker is one of the most important roles in a child or young person’s world, as they spend the most time with them, playing a vital role in supporting them live the life they want and ensuring they can achieve their full potential.
If you are passionate about giving children and young people life chances that will shape their future, then you may well be the person we are looking for.
Experience in this role is essential.
