Our Client are looking for an experienced Training Manager to provide training and support to contact centre staff.
The role involves training new and existing staff on proprietary planning and scheduling software for client transport services.
Training staff on telephone based customer skills, (inbound and outbound). Tracking performance of all areas and agree additional training plans so as to meet KPI's along with training needs analysis reporting.
If you have at least three years experience in this area, a sound understanding of software based training, are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent communication and presentation skills, then this could be the role for you.
Experience of working within a call centre/NHS/Logistics environment would be an advantage, although, not essential if experience is sound.
