Our client is a highly successful contact centre that has a varied and well-established customer base. They have a permanent (full time) vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role in a fast-paced customer service / call centre environment.
This role, based in their Chippenham offices, is predominantly an incoming customer service role fielding calls for up to 8 different companies. You will also be expected to deal with incoming emails and other administrative duties.
Hours of work: 40hrs per week – this is made up with a mix of day and night shifts. Whilst the hours are flexible, it’s likely that you will be expected to work 3 x day shifts and 2 x night shifts a week. There will be weekend work.
Salary £17,284 per annum, plus a £28 shift bonus for each night shift worked.
You will receive excellent training, and although call centre experience is ideal, more important is an ability to deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
