Our Chippenham based client is looking to recruit additional personnel to support their Data Entry and Customer Services teams.
There is a Temporary to Permanent role working 37.5 hours per week available. You will be required to cover various shift patterns between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, therefore you must be flexible.
Inbound Customer Service Advisor. You will be taking calls from customer and clients, where you will be processing their queries and updating customer databases. You will also manage regular administration tasks as part of this role and therefore there is phone based and non-phone based work involved.
To be successful within this role you will need:
- Previous Customer Service / Call handling / Admin / Data Entry experience
- The ability to build a rapport quickly with customers
- To be computer literate
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Excellent written English Language skills
- The ability to learn new skills / tasks quickly
- A high level of attention to detail
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
