24-7 Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to become a key member of our prestigious clients’ team in the Wiltshire area.
Role information:
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours per week – flexible working hours
- Reporting into the Customer Service Manager
Duties:
- You will be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring a high level of service is provided throughout and daily KPIs are achieved
- You will be in control of creating daily reports, motivating, maintaining and improving individual performances as well as stepping in to deal with more complex complaints when required
Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level or holding at least 3 A-levels grades A-C
- Flexible, positive, proactive “can do” attitude is crucial
- Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Proven supervisory skills
- High level of analytical capability driving improvements
- Attention to detail and accuracy with effective prioritisation
A clean full driving licence is required due to location
Annual Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
