Are you a dynamic and creative individual, looking for your next opportunity in marketing?

We are an established independent Recruitment business specialising in the driving, industrial, commercial and healthcare sectors with three offices based in Wiltshire and Bristol.   

We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Assistant to work alongside our company directors to support a range of marketing activities throughout the company.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Create engaging material to showcase the business and maintain social media accounts
  • Monitor social media activity and respond appropriately to maintain quality brand exposure
  • Source and create imagery, stories or information to help create attention grabbing content
  • Analyse user behaviours to optimise content across a variety of platforms 
  • Produce regular impactful newsletters to drive client and candidate engagement
  • Write content material to support marketing activity and maintain brand consistency
  • Manage stock photographs and update image library as necessary
  • Liaise with external marketing partners to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication to support all marketing activity
  • Create and manage integrated Digital Marketing campaigns desirable but not essential
  • Create and update website content as required maximising SEO desirable but not essential
  • Any other duties as required to enhance the marketing activity across the company

Key Skills and Attributes

We are preferably looking for someone with 2-3 years marketing experience, but attitude is more important, so we will consider recent graduates or school leavers, however the following would be useful and desirable:

• Proficient in all Microsoft programs including knowledge of Mailchimp or CRM systems

• Experience within a customer services environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing operations

• Conscientious with good attention to detail and excellent telephone manner
