24-7 Staffing has an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client based on the outskirts of Chippenham. Please find details of the job below.
Role information:
- Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm
- Start date: 12th June
Duties:
- Entry of all Purchase invoices onto subcontract and purchase ledgers
- Processing and matching paperwork to the correct purchase order
- Analysing unmatched purchase invoices
- Investigating and clearing un matched purchase invoices
- Analysing monthly supplier statements and reconciling the purchase ledger
- Set up of new supplier and subcontract accounts
- Answering phone calls and email queries relating to purchase ledger
- Reporting on purchase and subcontract ledgers
- General administrative duties as required
Experience:
- This role involves high usage of accountancy and purchasing software systems. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using accountancy software systems
- Strong numeracy and analytical systems
- Ability to work as part of the finance team
Annual Salary: £20,000 per annum
