Job Description

Job Role:

Our Client are looking for an experienced facility manager to join their expanding company in the Amesbury area. Your role will consist of you making sure all the buildings are in good form from, cleanliness, equipment and all offices well maintained.  Any equipment that needs replacing or mending you will oversee this and assure it is replaced or fixed. You will be reporting directly to the head of HR.

  • Reporting to Head of HR
  • Make sure on a day-to-day basis that the buildings are in order
  • Processing orders
  • Health and safety experience desirable but not essential as training will be given
  • Keep in contact with external contract companies with any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am till 5pm (30 minutes lunch) or 9am till 5:30pm (Hours lunch)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous background in admin
  • Reliable
  • Flexible
  • Due to the nature of the role, you will be liaising with HR and subject to a confidentiality agreement.
