Our client, a long serving provider of professional services to the manufacturing and electronics industry based on the outskirts of Bristol are looking for an Office Manager to cover 39 weeks of maternity leave with the potential of a job share upon the incumbents return to work.
Pay Rate:
£13.00 per hour
Hours of Work:
- Standard office hours
Job Description:
- General administrative tasks associated with the laboratory
- Front line customer service
- Business accounting including quotations, purchase order receipt and invoice preparation using SAGE 200
- Management of office H&S responsibilities
- Filing, office document management, printing and maintaining office stationery
To be successful within this role you:
- 2 years’ experience in business administration
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAGE applications
- Organised, efficient and customer focussed
- Qualification in Business Administration, Accounting or similar (desirable)
