Job Description

We're looking for a talented Office Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of office management.

The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Director and based in the company's Chippenham office, as the Office Manager you will be primarily responsible for day to day management of the office and play a key role in the development of new processes whilst also maintaining good customer service.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Sales ledger
- Switchboard operation
- Manual and electronic filing
- Supporting the MD with a variety of tasks

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Office Manager role will have relevant experience of problem solving.

You'll also need experience of:
- Attention to detail
- Communication
- Identifying and inputting new processes
- Creating invoices and some payroll

In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:
- Good computer skills
- Sound communication skills
- Knowledge access control, fire systems and CCTV

The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Commercially aware
- A great team player
- Highly motivated and customer focused

The Package:
Basic salary:  Up to £25,000 per annum for the ideal candidate
Additional benefits include:
