24-7 Staffing has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client based near Malmesbury on a part-time but permanent basis. Please find details of the job below.
- 20 hours per week
- Chance for more hours if willing to do other office support work
- Managing and Processing payroll for 100+ hourly paid and shift working employees using Sage 50 and Bio-Time Plus lite
- Managing all aspects of payroll including Starters, leavers, statutory payments, pensions and amendments such as overtime adjustments, holiday pay etc
- Preparation of P11d’s
- Managing Year End processes
- Liaise with HMRC, payroll and pension providers monthly as required, preparation of pension and pension reports
- Process monthly payroll including Auto-enrolment
- Reconcile Payroll
- Produce Excel reports for Managers and Directors
- Good telephone manner
- Confident on Sage 50
- Previous Payroll experience
Annual Salary: £22k pro-rata but dependent on experience
