Job Description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic production allocation officer to join their busy team.

Your duties will include, though not limited to:

  • Responsible for the allocating products to orders
  • Performing day to day admin duties, including:
  • Running stock/sales related reports
  • Answering customer/ internal queries
  • Stock checks
  • Sales office checks
  • Assisting in production plans
  • Assisting QA in complaints review
  • Assisting Sales Office Manager in day to day duties
  • Covering for Holidays
  • And other office duties where applicable


The successful candidate should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially excel sheets, excellent communications and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced working sales office environment.

Knowledge of Sage Accounts and Manufacturing would be beneficial, but it is not essential as training will be provided.


Working hours 9am – 3pm with 20 min break; these hours are subject to flexibility (overtime) during Holiday cover
