You will be primarily responsible for catering to the daily needs of elderly residents while promoting independence.
You'll be tasked with the following:
- Personal care
- Promoting personal hygiene
- Companionship and compassion
- Promoting independence
- Answering any call bells throughout the day
The standard working hours for this role are 0800-200 Saturday and Sunday.
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got a background in working in a residential care setting.
They'll also need you to have experience of:
- Manual handling
- Care Work and have at least 1 years previous experience
- Promoting independency
- Supporting vulnerable adults within their daily lives
In addition, you'll need the following:
- An in date enhanced DBS certificate
- 2 references from care background
- Outstanding communication skills
You'll also need to be the following:
- Honest and trustworthy

What can I earn?
This Residential Carer position offers a basic salary between £13.75 - £17.50 per hour. You also have the ability to earn overtime in this role

Is there anything else I should know?
This is initially a temporary, part-time role working 24 hours per week, but there is the potential for the role to become permanent in the future.
