Job Description

24-7 Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established company based near Malmesbury on a temporary to permanent basis.

Role information:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am-5pm with 30 mins lunch
  • Varied role within small team

Duties:

  • Order processing by phone, email and fax
  • Customer Liaison
  • Sales support
  • Help to support other areas of the team when required
  • Following up sales leads
  • Writing and sending quotes
  • Raising despatch notes and invoices
  • Courtesy calling existing customers

Experience:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Previous Admin Experience
