Our client based in Corsham have a permanent vacancy for an experienced Sous / 2nd Chef. There is an immediate start available for the right candidate. Could it be you?
Job duties will include;
- To plan interesting menus providing a balanced nutritious diet, making the best use of fresh ingredients
- To prepare, cook and serve meals as appropriate including special dietary requirements * To maintain statutory Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
- Carry out stock Control
- To attend staff meetings and training sessions when required
- Uphold the principles and standards of establishment.
- 48 hours a week over 5 days (will include weekends and split shifts)
- Start date: ASAP
- Starting Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience
- Bonus available based on EHO standards
