Job Description

Stock Controller / Warehouse Operative

Our client is looking for Stock Controllers / Warehouse Operatives to work on a permanent basis in Corsham / Colerne. Working to an H&S ethos ensuring that their high-value stock which is held in a specific area of the warehouse is well cared for and stored accurately and safely, all orders are fulfilled on time, and all other targets are achieved.

Shifts will likely be 11 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week. Some weekend working is required for which overtime rates will be paid.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure the accurate and safe storage of incoming stock
- Ensure all orders are picked accurately within deadline
- Ensure all transfers are completed accurately and on-time
- Ensure all stock is accurate and accounted for
- Look for, prevent and promptly respond to all queries/problems to all customer’s satisfaction
- Ensure all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date
- Contribute to improvements in the performance of the company

Performance Objectives / Measures:
- 100% stock accuracy
- All cases and stock are in the condition required by the customer
- 100% picking accuracy
- Zero accidents
- Achieve target productivity rates
