We're looking for a talented Positive Behaviour Management Trained (PBM) support worker.

Please note: Whilst initially this is a temporary role there is the potential for the role to become permanent in the future. In this position you'll be required to work at weekends and occasionally work some shifts in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
As the Positive Behaviour Management trained Support Worker, you will be primarily responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals.
In the job you'll be tasked with promoting independence and general everyday needs.
The ideal candidate for this Positive Behaviour Trained role will have relevant experience of support work. You'll also need experience of supporting vulnerable adults within their daily lives.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of Care Work and have at least 1 years previous experience.
In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:
- 2 references from care background
- Mandatory training courses
- An in date enhanced DBS certificate
- Training in PBM
